Fascinating and dramatically compelling, The Meeting depicts the supposed encounter of two of the most important men of modern times: Malcolm X and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Differing in their philosophies but alike in their mutual respect, they debate their varying approaches to the same grave social problems. This riveting play deals with issues that remain relevant today: war, poverty, racism and the need for self-empowerment.
